30 MIN WORKOUTS - HOME & GYM (Lean Meal Plan)
This workout is 30 minutes long! For those who do not have time for a full on workout, this intense workout with circuits will allow you to burn the calories you need each day under 30 minutes time! It comes with the meal plan that was in the challenge, and both home and gym workouts from the challenge. THIS IS NOT THE CHALLENGE! This is just the programs :) (Meat is on the Meal Plan).
There are 2 sets of phases for gym and for home! So start with phase 1, and work your way to phase 2. These workouts are shorter and less intense than my other programs. So if you are looking for an intense workout, check out the New Years Workout.
