QUARANTINE HOME WORKOUT PHASE 2
This workout was made for all of us stuck at home and is PHASE 2 to the quarantine home workout phase 1 (THIS IS THE WORKOUT FROM THE MARCH CHALLENGE). It is an intense home workout with little to no equipment. I recommend 1-2 pairs of dumbbells and a booty band at the most. I am so excited to share this workout with you guys!
