NEW SUMMER BODY AT HOME PROGRAM + NEW MEAL PLAN
This workout was made for all of us stuck at home but ready for our SUMMER BODS! (THIS IS THE WORKOUT FROM THE MAY SUMMER BOD CHALLENGE). It is an intense home workout with little to no equipment. I recommend 1-2 pairs of dumbbells and a booty band at the most. I am so excited to share this workout with you guys! There are photos to every single exercise. It also comes with a NEW meal plan.
