This meal plan is brand new! If you are in my challenge, IT IS THE SAME PLAN. Diet is KEY to seeing results in and out of the gym! I created this meal plan based off of how I meal prep! Every macro is included in this meal plan and it is lower carb to tone and lose weight. In this plan, you will learn HOW to count your macros. This meal plan has a grocery list included as well. It is 1 full week of meals that you repeat weekly!
