So many people ask what I eat every single day... Well folks, this meal plan is based off of just that! These meals are more of the same meals each day. A little boring! But I love eating more of the same things.Diet is KEY to seeing results in and out of the gym! I created this meal plan based off of what I eat daily! It also has my daily Starbucks drink on there! Every macro is included in this meal plan and it is LOW carb.
