This Spring Break 2019 Maleprogram is the newest program I have. Newer than the New Year challenge! This program consist of all gym equipment exercises. It is split into: Leg day/ back day/ Shoulders/ Arms/ HIIT/ and Glutes with pictures to every single workout to demonstrate. There are even ab workouts at the bottom for you to follow. This program also comes with a MACRO MEAL PLAN to help you lean out! Diet is key!!! The meal plan is detailed to every single meal (with macros) and every single portion size. It also comes with a grocery list and teaches you how to count your own macros! The difference between this and the New Years Program is that it is newer and exercises are different. The meal plan is NEW too.
